http://drivenmad.blog.co.uk/en-UKhttp://backend.userland.com/rss092http://drivenmad.blog.co.uk/http://data5.blog.de/design/preview/45/f1b8fa82ebe72dc9973c204857cff9_160x200.jpg <p>I'm Mr Angry who has this week had to endure long ques for petrol due to world shortage of refined petrol , congestion charge in Central London of £8,<br> parking charges whilst visiting my doctor of £3 an hour having been lucky enough to find a space nearby so I'm drivenmad by the sight of cars with foreign number plates mostly PL ( Polish ), LT ( Is it Latvia or Lithuania ? ), with a sprinkling of French , German , Spanish & Belgian number plates usually on beaten up old type cars driven with no fear of having to avoid speed cameras , bus lanes , congestion charges or parking fines .<br> They have no UK car tax discs displayed & I presume no 3rd Party insurance for the UK in the event of an accident.
