tag:drivenmad.blog.co.uk,2009-11-12:/MokoFeed2009-11-12T09:16:51+01:00tag:drivenmad.blog.co.uk,2005-09-18:/2005/09/18/foreign_number_plates_on_uk_roads~188509/DRIVENMAD2005-09-18T17:27:13+02:002005-09-18T17:27:13+02:00 <p>I'm Mr Angry who has this week had to endure long ques for petrol due to world shortage of refined petrol , congestion charge in Central London of £8,<br> parking charges whilst visiting my doctor of £3 an hour having been lucky enough to find a space nearby so I'm drivenmad by the sight of cars with foreign number plates mostly PL ( Polish ), LT ( Is it Latvia or Lithuania ? ), with a sprinkling of French , German , Spanish & Belgian number plates usually on beaten up old type cars driven with no fear of having to avoid speed cameras , bus lanes , congestion charges or parking fines .<br> They have no UK car tax discs displayed & I presume no 3rd Party insurance for the UK in the event of an accident.
