I'm Mr Angry who has this week had to endure long ques for petrol due to world shortage of refined petrol , congestion charge in Central London of £8,
parking charges whilst visiting my doctor of £3 an hour having been lucky enough to find a space nearby so I'm drivenmad by the sight of cars with foreign number plates mostly PL ( Polish ), LT ( Is it Latvia or Lithuania ? ), with a sprinkling of French , German , Spanish & Belgian number plates usually on beaten up old type cars driven with no fear of having to avoid speed cameras , bus lanes , congestion charges or parking fines .
They have no UK car tax discs displayed & I presume no 3rd Party insurance for the UK in the event of an accident. Anyone out there have any comments ?
